It takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of your order. We ship only through TCS Courier Service.

You will receive a message stating 'Thank You for your purchase from OTWOO.COM.PK' on your email/phone number. Next day you will receive a message from TCS which will include a tracking number of your order. If you still did not receive any confirmation, please contact us at otwoo.com.pk@gmail.com or Whatsap 03055678984.
After your purchase from OTWOO.COM.PK, you will receive a notification at your email which includes TCS Tracking. This message will include a 12 digit tracking code which you can use to track at the following link.
If you want to make changes in the order you placed, then immediately contact us at our Whatsap 0305-5678984 or otwoo.com.pk@gmail.com. Please mention your order number along with the screenshots of the items you want to add or remove in your order.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. If you paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking), then your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.

Parcels are delivered between 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.
We are offering Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan.
Yes we offer Free Shipping for Orders above 3000 Rs. For orders below 3000 Rs we charge 150Rs delivery charges.
